Senior Manager, Infrastructure Systems

\n

 As a Senior Manager of Infrastructure Systems, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers delivering on critical deployment projects for Conduent. Your team will be responsible for delivering planning, designs, and implementation of key solutions used within Conduent. As the Senior Manager, the leadership team will look to you for status updates and being the face of delivery.

\n

Responsibilities: 

\n\n Oversee and own delivery for critical solutions assigned and entrusted to engineering team\n Provide technical support to team ensuring roadblocks are overcome and project is on track for delivery \n Ensures effective communication with core Conduent team essential to solution success\n Allocating deliverables to a team of engineers ensuring task aligns with the strengths of the team member\n Coordinates with other teams including project management on engagement lifecycle.\n\n

Qualifications

\n\n Proven experience leading a team delivering critical results within identified timeline\n Possess a strong understanding in database design, database security, and related topics\n Deep technical knowledge of technologies and various platforms including both on prem and cloud environments including MS SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, MYSQL\n Possess extensive technical expertise within storage, backup, and monitoring arenas\n\n

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $130,000-$165,000.\n\n
