PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary duties of the role are expected to include, but may not be limited to the following:

New business development

Lead the development of opportunity assessments and due diligence processes that drive innovative health technology business development through new business models, partnerships, and acquisitions.

Enhance and manage internal processes to identify, manage and govern innovative partnerships.

Collaborate with the New Business Development (NBD) team (leaders and peers) to create pitch presentations for RFP responses, capabilities presentations, and other ad hoc meetings, including internal QBRs and external business reviews with clients, to promote our innovative health solutions.

Work closely with NBD and cross functional teams to prepare response submissions to RFPs by proposing innovative partnership solutions and preparing pricing quotes

Support insight gathering and attend industry-specific conferences to identify and develop new products or partnerships.

Collaborate with NBD team members to generate insights and intelligence related to innovative health solutions and stay up-to-date on health innovations within the specialty medicines space.

Work cross-functionally with all areas of Innomar’s business and our clients to support business requirements gathering and documentation across all service streams, ensuring solutions address our clients' business needs.

Partnership management

Manage the creation of partnerships with companies offering innovative health solutions through partnership assessment, due diligence, internal approvals, negotiation, and contracting.

Nurture ongoing relationships with our innovative health solution partners to ensure continuous value creation, and act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any opportunities or concerns promptly and effectively.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships to ensure they deliver expected outcomes.

Ensure partner solutions meet Innomar’s requirements, including information management, privacy, security, and other measures.

Client relations and solution adoption

Collaborate cross-functionally to establish go-to-market and adoption plans for innovative health solutions and support their execution accordingly.

Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of partnership initiatives with clients.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on partnership activities, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.

Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Healthcare Management, or related field) is an asset.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, health technology. or life sciences industries.

Proven track record of managing the identification, development, and adoption of innovative health solutions.

Experience conducting market research, opportunity assessments, and due diligence processes.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong experience in developing business cases, proposals, and RFP responses.

Solid understanding of new business models and emerging technologies within the healthcare sector.

Experience in negotiating and managing contracts and partnerships.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client based  presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong business and financial acumen

Knowledge of specialty pharmaceutical industry and digital health

Effective organizational skills; attention to detail

Strategic thinker with the ability to align partnership activities with organizational goals.

Independent, self-managing and able to manage a dynamic workload

Ability to consistently meet deadlines

Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.

Ability to travel to industry-specific conferences and client meetings as needed.

Team based role and ability to work effectively with differing work styles
