Inside Salesは本社所属で、TASや本社MRのROI最大化(2-way high engagement活動へのwork shift)への貢献のためにデジタルツール等を活用した1-way活動(Email、郵送 等)を集約して実施Sales、Brand Marketing、BI&TやOmni-Channel戦略部等と連携し、Inside Sales活動のROI最大化を目的としたInside Sales strategyを構築Inside Sales活動から得られる様々なデータ(メール開封率、開封コンテンツ、質問票への回答 等)からInside Sales Strategyを実現するためにHCPの好みのコンテンツ、チャネル等を分析し、自身やTASの活動最大化に寄与キーステークホルダーのマネジメントの推進と各BUのSalesやMarketingのデジタライゼーション推進に向けたプロジェクト推進各疾患領域や競合などを含む市場状況等を把握し、Medicalと連携をして最新のトレンドやデータ等の情報を提供Brand Marketingと連携してデジタルキャンペーンの実行を推進すると共に、デジタルキャンペーン等を通じてHCPへ送付するメッセージや質問票等を本社MRと連携して作成Senior ManagerのInside Salesは、上司の積極的なサポートなしに自立的に判断し、業務遂行各BUでtargetとするHCPやBMSの将来を見据えたNon-target HCPを主な対象として、全国のHCPに対して情報提供などの活動などを実施Qualifications & Experience
<Degree/Experience>
4 year bachelor’s degree required7+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical Sales / Marketing<Competencies – knowledge, skills, abilities, other>
Proven track record that demonstrates top sales / marketing accomplishmentsSelf-starter, self-demanding for knowledge and skillsTeam collaboration and contribution to maximize team output and inspire team membersExperience in sales / marketing / digital communications, including details, email, webinars, mobile apps, and 3rd party platformsAdvanced analytics to clarify the issues etc.Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsExperience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferredStakeholders

On-site Protocol
BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
