Senior Manager, Installation Finance

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop forecasts, monitor actual and provide in-depth analysis on variances to forecasts for Cost of Goods SoldProvide effective and timely financial information, thoughtful business insights/analytics and business performance summary to ensure Operations Leaders are effectively managing to Operational goalsImplement process improvements to streamline forecast activities and to ensure accuracy of standardsDevelop strong business partnership with Operations leadersLead implementation of systems enhancements and costing methodologies for improved decision-makingAssist in compliance with internal controlsConduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis of strategic initiatives identified by senior management

Minimum Requirements

MBA preferred, Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required8+ years of industry experienceStrong background in cost accounting and manufacturing related financeERP experience a plus (preferably Oracle)Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsAbility to organize complex and ambiguous business decisions, and to collect data necessary to conduct meaningful analysis to support business recommendationsCommitted to high standards of accuracy and precisionAbility to independently manage work and timely deliveryArticulate with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivatedFlexible within a rapidly changing, dynamic work environmentSalary Ranges:$161,500.00 - $232,500.00
