Being a Senior Manager of Integrated Campaigns at iManage means…

You will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement. Your expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and data analysis will be pivotal in creating effective campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the marketing and sales organization, you will be responsible for every stage of campaign development, from ideation and design to execution and measurement, ensuring our campaigns deliver measurable results and drive business growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will have the visibility into our organization and the opportunity to drive our business forward in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

iM Responsible For…Campaign Planning & Execution:  Developing and executing end-to-end, integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels that engage customers and prospects aligned to key segments, resulting in engagement, pipeline growth and revenue.Journey Mapping and Funnel Development:  Defining and refining the buyer journey, aligning messaging and tactics to each stage of the funnel, ensuring seamless and effective progression from awareness to conversion.  Project Management:  Orchestrating the end-to-end campaign process including planning, execution, and tracking of campaign activities.  Ensuring all campaign deliverables are completed and on time.  Collaboration: Partnering closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, brand, content, field, marketing ops and demand to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives. Extending and maximizing the reach of our integrated campaigns by aligning with Customer Success and Partner Marketing teams.Brand Partnership:  Collaborating with our brand team to develop and promote the iManage brand, positioning and messaging.  Identifying opportunities and moments within the buyer journey to generate and amplify brand awareness.Content Partnership:  Collaborating with the content team to identify and recommend assets and offers that map to the campaign and the buyer journey. Enablement:  Partnering with Sales Enablement to ensure Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and Support teams can speak to the campaign messaging and value proposition. Ensuring cross-functional teams leverage aligned content assets and messaging for each campaign. Funnel Metrics:  Monitoring and reporting on end-to-end funnel metrics to understand lead progression and identify opportunities to inform the campaign strategy.  Analyzing campaign performance data and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.Optimization:  Monitoring and optimizing campaigns through A/B testing.  Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.iM Qualified Because I Have…Experience in the B2B SaaS or technology company10+ years of multi-channel campaign strategy development and marketing execution experience Experience in presenting, communicating and orchestracting conversations across senior leadership in the businessExceptional communication skills, and a comfort navigating large teams and operating cross-functionally with stakeholders of varying levelsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across various people and teams, Asana experience a plusA deep understanding of funnel conversion and campaign performance metrics, with the experience using automation and analytics platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce and Power BIA results driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make data-driven recommendations for program modifications and optimizationExperience working in a fast-paced environment
