As the Senior Manager, International Revenue Accounting, you will oversee our accounting close and financial audit for international revenue and lead revenue accounting teams in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. You will be an influential leader partnering cross functionally with senior leaders across the sales, operations, legal, finance, and serve as the primary internal expert with regards to quote-to-cash processes, revenue systems, and accounts receivable in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. 

What you’ll do:

Oversee the international month-end, and quarter-end close, managing revenue related support provided not only to external auditors as part of annual audits and quarterly reviews but also to the internal financial reporting team for revenue related disclosures in SEC filings Partner and work cross functionally with other business groups (Country Managers, Sales Operations, Customer Success, FP&A, Treasury, Business Technologies teams) for operational excellence. Liaise with other revenue functions (collections, order management, US revenue accounting) and understand order-to cash processes Serve as the thought leader in order-to cash areas for international regions to identify regional issues and provide solutions Lead international process improvement and system implementation projects. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of accounting operations in area of responsibility Develop and drive key operational metrics to measure/ improve team performance, and generate operational insights Provide leadership focused on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification required. Minimum of 3 years of experience leading Revenue Operations Teams, and overall 7+ years prior Revenue Operations in a high-volume environment (Billing and Revenue Recognition) or related field at a preferred Internet Advertising company. Public accounting experience preferred.   Extensive knowledge of revenue accounting workflows (e.g. Order to Cash, Revenue Recognition,, etc.), especially in the international regions Extensive knowledge in LATAM, APAC and EMEA revenue accounting operations and local regulations Recognized ability to evaluate complex issues from multiple perspectives, and express complex ideas in a clear and concise manner Demonstrate ability to drive results and identify root causes of problems, generate and evaluate creative solutions, implement fact-based resolutions optimally to drive productivity In-depth knowledge of ASC 606 and other revenue recognition standards. Extensive knowledge of financial systems (e.g. Oracle), CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce), reporting tools and other accounting systems

This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/month, and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
