Position Summary:  #Supply Planning IT Lead# 

The opportunity:

Design, develop & deliver key functional use cases for Supply Planning in O9 Supply planning toolConfiguring and designing for Constrained Plan, Master & Aggregate Supply Planning, Safety Stock, Transactional Data Flow, Plan Parameters, Requirements Plan, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning.Develop processes around MEIO Multi Echelon Inventory Optimization, Inventory Management, Inventory Rebalancing, Service Levels, formulating strategies that form highly competitive service levels and thereby see a reduction in or elimination of stockouts.Defining Planning Parameters, and their impact on the Supply Chain Solver (SCS) runs and O9 batch orchestration.Configuring SCS to execute the most efficient plan by adhering to the business priorities/rules such as Demand/Customer Priorities, Inventory Policies, and Demand Fulfilment.

The #Supply Planning IT Lead# position is part of our IT and Digital Business Systems Transformation team responsible for the advanced planning technology in ‘Forecast to Plan’ workstream. This role will serve as a trusted partner, advisor and thought leader on the future state technology landscape (Planning and legacy systems environment), and systems implementation. This position will be responsible for Design, configure & deliver key functional use cases for O9 Supply Planning.

 

What you need to succeed:

Lead process and business requirements sessions for supply planning in the form of workshops, and other methods, leading to documented records of a to-be business process leveraging industry best practices.Identify and document data requirements needed to enable aligned to-be business processes, such as network planning, inventory, Optimization, logistics, and other operations / supply chain data.Oversee collection and analysis of necessary data from sources like ERP systems, Data Lake, Excel sheets, and others. Where data is not available, partner with business points of contact to create missing data elements.Support Project Management teams with capability listings, and effort estimates for PMs and CMs to define project scope, timelines, and execute sign offs with clients.Lead the functional design documentation and work closely with implementation partners for a successful Supply go-live.Oversee and review the work of Solution Architects and Consultants to develop clear functional and technical design, document data requirements, and build complex datasets.Oversee tool configuration in the o9 platform, as per the design, to solve deep operations / supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring. Identify and select appropriate mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms and simulations to analyze, manipulate and interpret large enterprise data and provide business insights and data visualization to the client management.Be proficient in statistical and optimization tools and programming languages to conduct data integration through extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) and create models to generate operational plans.Design a testing protocol and oversee implementation with the end goal of automating testing.Work with cross-functional teams, and IT and business stakeholders, to ensure successful planning and execution of project.Plan, develop and deliver Super User and End User training, for a global user base.
