Our client on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Compliance and Finance on a 6 contract to hire basis. This position is hybrid and will require 3 days a week onsite.

The Senior Manager, IT Compliance and Finance will manage talent, processes, projects and stakeholders. The role will also have functional ownership of the FICO area in SAP.

The qualified candidate needs:

Understanding business objectivesSAP S4 Hanna experienceExperience working in a global environmentExperience in the FICO module in SAP ECC and S4.Was part of at least one successful migration from SAP ECC to SAP S4.A bachelor's degree in Information Science, Finance, Math, Engineering or other technical / business field is required.  Minimum of 10-12 years of Information Systems experience with 8 years business. applications experience required or the demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements.Minimum of 5 years' experience managing an SAP FICO team.

This is a multi-company environment and a global environment.Experience in European Finance is a mustStaying up to date with legal requirements while continually improving tools.

This position holds a lot of responsibility. It will be managing a team of about 5 people. They are location in Europe, Asia as well as in Ohio.

Travel will be less than 25%.
