Build and lead global IT teams to deliver the Finance multi-year roadmap and solutions through close collaboration with business partners and internal technical partnersLead change for large scale multi-site S/4HANA Implementation and other related transformational change efforts, including but not limited to efficiency and effectiveness initiatives; organizational restructurings; organizational capabilities development.Act as a change agent, seeking opportunities to challenge the status quo to meet business objectives – develop and gain support for roadmaps that detail the journey to best-in-classPartner with PMO organization to ensure area portfolio delivery in terms of priority, schedule, cost, scope, and quality, while providing transparency to the business organizationBuild and manage relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliationsBring a strong technical foundation; be able to engage the team on architecture, design, and deep dive on sophisticated solutions, platforms, and interface design, while also educating more technical staff on the underlying business principlesKeep up with the latest industry trends to ensure we are appropriately using our toolsAttract top talent and manage a team to ensure high functioning organization while adhering to budgetary constraintsGood understanding of upstream and downstream finance systems.Key functional areas of responsibility include:
Invoice to CashProcure to pay ,Intercompany accounting, consolidation and group reporting.TaxTreasuryFinancial Planning Mfg Accounting: Capital, Standard Cost Accounting, Profitability Analysis and allocations preferably with semiconductor background.Investor relations Cross-functional alignment across Procurement, Sales, Legal, and Manufacturing is required to ensure end to end solution deliveryProfessional Experience Required:
Degree in IT or Finance or equivalent industry experience15+ years of progressive IT systems implementation leadership experienceFinance business process and foundational conceptual knowledgeExperience directing a team with full scope of implementation across a global enterprise Experience in S4 ImplementationSemiconductor or High-tech Industry experience (helpful)Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Build positive relationship with software vendors to influence solution roadmapExperience of working in offshore-onshore modelLeadership savvy including mentor, team- building, and conflict resolutionStrong leadership, communication, consulting and influencing skillsAbility to define metrics, quantify business value provided by Finance across the enterpriseHighly self-motivated, detail and outcome orientedProgram/Project management, with experience leading multiple large projectsThe US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$136,000.00 - $316,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
