We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead the Kalmar Training Academy. Join us and contribute to our mission of making every move count. As the Senior Manager of the Kalmar Training Academy, you will lead and elevate the academy's training activities to meet growing internal and external demands for product, technical, and process training. Your role will involve driving the academy's development in alignment with Kalmar's overall goals and strategy across both services and product divisions. Additionally, you will focus on expanding the training academy into a successful commercial business by enhancing its external offerings, while ensuring that all necessary processes are in place to operate the training business efficiently. Main tasks and responsibilities + Responsible for the Kalmar Training Academy which offers product, technical and process training to Kalmar teams (services teams), dealers and end customers on the CB, TT and HT products as well as Kalmar Service delivery processes + Responsible for the strategic development of the Kalmar Training Academy and its internal and external curriculum + Lead the team of Kalmar trainers + Manage the cost and revenue of the training operations. What you’ll need to succeed Education + Master’s degree (Economics, Engineering, Business management or equivalent). Experience + 5 years of working experience with responsibilities for developing operations, processes and/or teams in a global manufacturing company + Experience in competence and skills development and/or commercializing the same - preferably technical and product training + Project management or other experience in structured business development is seen as an advantage.
