The Adoption & Organizational Change Management team is leading Wesco’s digital transformation through three core workstreams, with Knowledge Management responsible for enterprise training efforts. As the Senior Manager, Knowledge Management & Learning Delivery, you will be responsible for stabilizing and operationalizing the learning workstream, ensuring it is structured, scalable, and aligned with the program’s adoption strategy.
You will drive the buildout of the Skill Builders Academy, qualifying and equipping DDP trainers, while also leading Knowledge Management Persona Backlog Workshops to develop persona-based training packages. You will conduct meaningful learning analysis, working closely with the Knowledge Management Manager and business stakeholders to ensure training is built with the right inputs and skill-based focus. You will be hands-on in standing up workshops, training programs, and governance structures until the program reaches scale, where you will transition into an oversight role, ensuring the continued execution, sustainability, and governance of the learning workstream while remaining available to step in as needed. You will regularly travel for on-site training and facilitation.
Responsibilities
Learning Workstream Stabilization: Lead efforts to operationalize training delivery, ensuring alignment with program leadership’s adoption strategy. Skill Builders Academy & Trainer Development: Build and launch the Skill Builders Academy, certifying DDP trainers and preparing them for long-term learning execution. Persona-Based Learning Development: Lead Knowledge Management Persona Backlog Workshops to develop structured, persona-driven training packages. Curriculum Execution & Training Delivery: Ensure high-quality, skill-based learning programs are built, delivered, and measured for impact. Training Governance & Oversight: Establish governance structures to standardize training processes and maintain sustainability at scale. Quarterly Learning Analysis & KPI Tracking: Define and track quarterly KPIs to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:
Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in enterprise training leadership, curriculum design, and knowledge management. Expertise in building and stabilizing large-scale training programs, including governance, learning analysis, and backlog development. Strong background in training programs for finance, sales, supply chain, and operations within an industrial distribution or manufacturing environment. Proven experience leading trainers, facilitating persona-based learning workshops, and managing training execution. Ability to travel regularly for on-site training and facilitation. Strong facilitation skills for live, virtual, and hybrid training sessions. Expertise in building and governing scalable persona-based training programs. Ability to conduct structured learning analyses and lead persona backlog workshops. Experience developing training governance models and defining quarterly KPIs to measure impact. Proficiency in learning platforms (LMS, WalkMe, and digital adoption tools). Hands-on leadership approach, stabilizing the workstream while overseeing the Knowledge Management Manager and DDP trainers.
