ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Manager, Landing Page Optimization will be responsible for driving conversions across mid and lower funnel objectives globally for Peloton’s Connected Fitness products and app through compelling content strategies and experimentation plans. The ideal candidate is results-driven with a keen understanding of landing page best practices and web data. You have strong analytical skills and experience diving deep into data to find meaningful trends and insights that drive optimization decisions. You have experience working with paid traffic sources, like paid search and social. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about growth marketing and thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment where being able to progress a number of workstreams at various places at once is key to success. This role reports into the Director of Global Performance Creative and will work closely with cross-functional teams across the company including eComm, Marketing Analytics, Global Media, Product Marketing, and Legal.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Understand Peloton’s portfolio of products, consumer research, paid performance channel needs, and .com consumer path to purchase, leading to strategies that move users down the conversion funnel Own content strategy and build the first always-on test roadmap for no-index/no-follow campaign landing pages (paid traffic only) Independently identify areas of opportunity on landing pages based on best practices, historical data, and business objectives Evaluate test ideas from stakeholders and leadership and determine how or if those should fit into your roadmap Build quarterly learning agendas in collaboration with Performance Creative Strategists, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives, ad messaging, historical performance, and best practices Design A/B and multivariate tests with clear problem statements, hypothesis, KPIs, required sample size, etc. Brief in copy and imaging needs to creative team Analyze test performance and overall page health leveraging various tools (Looker, Amplitude, CrazyEgg) and share learnings broadly Balance various KPIs depending on the funnel stage (mid and lower funnel) and what we can immediately control vs north star business metrics (on page CVR and revenue driving activities) Make test variants in content management system independently where possible (i.e., minor changes to existing modules, moving modules around, adding/removing existing modules) Write and submit design briefs to the eComm team for more complex, custom builds as needed for testing Independently launch tests in Optimizely, including development and management of a design and technical QA processYOU BRING TO PELOTON
6+ years of conversion rate optimization experience or a combined 6+ years of performance marketing, web analytics, and/or conversion rate optimization experience Experience owning and optimizing paid marketing landing pages Strong analytical ability and experience designing tests that produce statistically significant results Experience using Optimizely or another A/B landing page testing tool Experience leveraging different analytics tools for different analyses and developing cohesive, robust insights, such as Looker, Amplitude, CrazyEgg, ContentSquare, Google Analytics (GA4) Familiarity with media optimization events A proven track record of successful cross functional collaboration with a range of teams from creative, marketing technology, analytics, product marketing, and other web page testers Ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems Strong written and verbal communication skills that can be tailored to varying internal partners Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven, fast paced atmosphere High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation Flexible mindset; comfort operating in a fluid environment#LI-SV1

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
