As a Starbucks Senior Marketing Manager in support of Licensed Stores, you will lead the development of marketing strategies and campaigns supporting Licensed Store growth segments and national accounts. You will collaborate with a broad group of cross functional partners and senior leaders to develop and execute marketing strategies, uniquely tailored to the numerous Licensed Store venues in which we operate. As a senior manager, Licensed Stores Marketing (Accounts & Segments), you will…
· Support marketing strategy and execution for Licensed Store segments and National Accounts inclusive of in-store, paid media and both Starbucks and licensee loyalty programs.
· Drive the expansion of licensee marketing investment and track budgets, partnering with Finance, Legal and Business Development teams.
· Develop and implement marketing research plans in partnership with Consumer Insights & Analytics to inform go-to-market strategies and creative briefs.
· Partner with a broad group of cross-functional partners to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, toolkits and guidelines, cross-channel communication strategies, generate new ideas, manage projects, and resolve issues.
· Lead the development of written communications including leadership presentations, campaign recaps and marketing business cases for new programs or initiatives.
· Provide 1:1 marketing consultation and support for National Accounts and marketing training and onboarding for Licensed Store growth segments.
We’d love to hear from people with:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience or four years US military experience in a related MOS/C.
· 5 or more years of experience in a role supporting marketing, brand management or product management with a deep understanding of marketing trends, innovations, tools, and technologies.
· Experience leading marketing plans across channels
· Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously to independently drive projects/initiatives.
· Project management skills: organized, extremely high attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, with a diverse set of stakeholders, including leadership (internal and external)
· Ability to build a level of trust and respect amongst peer group. Ability to navigate and influence laterally and cross functionally.
· Ability to solve complex problems and take new perspective on existing solutions.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
