We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Logistics and Industrial team in Vietnam. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to grow JLL's logistics and industrial real estate business in the region.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics and industrial sectorsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersPrepare and deliver high-quality client presentations and proposals

Market Intelligence

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicatorsProduce insightful market reports and forecasts to support business decisions

Transaction Management

Lead complex logistics and industrial property transactionsNegotiate lease terms and conditions with clients and landlordsEnsure smooth execution of deals from inception to completion

Team Leadership

Mentor and develop junior team membersCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsContribute to the overall growth and success of the Vietnam office

Financial Performance

Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targetsManage project budgets and ensure profitability of assignments

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field7-10 years of experience in industrial/logistics real estate or related industriesStrong understanding of the Vietnamese real estate market, particularly in logistics and industrial sectorsExcellent negotiation and communication skills in both Vietnamese and EnglishProven track record in business development and client relationship managementAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trendsLeadership experience and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteFamiliarity with real estate software and databasesStrong presentation and report writing skillsProject management capabilities
