Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Loyalty & Lifecycle Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, leveraging industry best practices in loyalty and lifecycle marketing.
Create a strategic business roadmap (3-year plan) for loyalty and lifecycle marketing efforts, working closely with the director and cross-functional teams.
Lead efforts to enhance and evolve loyalty program offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Identify opportunities for new promotions, partnerships, and program enhancements to drive customer lifetime value.
Campaign Execution & Performance Analysis
Analyze membership data and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis to ensure goals and benchmarks are met.
Develop a structured testing agenda to optimize loyalty and lifecycle marketing efforts and inform future strategies.
Craft and communicate marketing plans with clear KPIs, tracking performance and presenting results to key stakeholders.
Monitor competitive trends and industry insights to continuously refine loyalty and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
Work cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Forge strong partnerships with marketing channel owners to drive loyalty and lifecycle marketing program success.
Partner with the team to uncover customer pain points and identify incremental opportunities to refine loyalty and engagement strategies.
Ensure alignment between loyalty marketing initiatives and broader business objectives.

Compensation Range: $123,000 - $153,750
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty, and/or digital marketing within a consumer e-commerce business.
Demonstrated success in driving membership growth and retention through lifecycle, loyalty, and product marketing initiatives.
Experience in developing and managing digital marketing communications, particularly across direct channels (email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail) and re-marketing.
Experience hiring and leading diverse teams
Skills & Competencies
Ability to blend art with science—translating data insights into compelling marketing strategies and initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, leading change and fostering a test-and-learn mindset.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in hiring and leading diverse teams, fostering collaboration and professional development.
3+ years of experience managing loyalty marketing programs preferred.
Experience in home furnishings and/or the retail industry is a plus.
Experience working within a large-scale, publicly traded enterprise is preferred.
