Job Description

Leads the maintenance team in the overall planning and execution of maintenance plans and programs for production machineries and equipmentPrepares overall maintenance plans and strategies and budget allocationsEnsures adequate spares for critical machines are in place for fast turn-around times during machine breakdownsPerforms machine breakdown analysis and comes up with prventative and long-term solutionsCarries out improvement projects on the shop floor in coordination with requesting parties or with the Operational Excellence teamEvaluates/assess plant equipment capacities and takt times to ensure equipment availability so production requirements are adequately served Ensures production machines layouts are up to date according to the master planEnsures production machines and equipment comply to all regulatory obligationsCoordinates and liaise with equipment manufacturers/vendors on equipment improvements, efficiencies and/or installation requirementsDevelops and implement wholistic skills improvement programs for staff/subordinatesLeads the site's Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program implementation including best practices.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any engineering discipline preferably a professional mechanical engineer;At least Ten (10) years experience in a large manufacturing setup on production maintenance, project management or manufacturing operationsStrong leadership skills and ability to interface within all levels in the organizationGood grasp of technological trends, platforms and other industry-standard applicationsWorking knowledge of utilities/facilities machinery and equipment
