We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Senior Manager, Market Access Analytics. This role is integral to supporting our market access strategy by providing actionable insights and data-driven solutions. The candidate will focus on reporting and analytics for market access functions related to payers, PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers), physician networks, GPOs (Group Purchasing Organizations), field reimbursement, and patient support programs across our Hematology and Solid Tumor franchises.
This role requires the individual be in our office in San Carlos, CA on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The other days are flexible and can be remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Develop and maintain reports to monitor and assess market access performance across customer segments.Analyze varying large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in payer, PBM, and provider networks.Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for market access and reimbursement functions for Hematology and Solid Tumor franchises.Market Access Insights:
Generate actionable insights to optimize patient access, payer negotiations, and formulary positioning.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytics support for contract performance, access barriers, and payer trends.Evaluate GPO purchasing patterns, reimbursement challenges, and opportunities to enhance patient support initiatives.Analyze purchases by customer segment to help inform product gross-to-net (GTN)Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal stakeholders, including market access, data operations, and forecast teams, to deliver comprehensive analytics strategies.Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making and strategic planning.Work closely with field based teams to deliver insights to drive pull-through.Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree required in Quantitative FieldExperience & Qualifications:
BA/BS with 7 + yeras of overall experience in industry.5+ years of experience in commercial analytics.Experience in working with rare diseases and/or oncology datasets highly desired.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Proficiency in data preparation, analysis, and visualization tools (SQL, PowerBI, Alteryx, etc.)Familiarity with U.S. market access dynamics, within the Oncology space preferred.Demonstrated experience collaborating with presenting analysis to stakeholders.Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.Supervisory Responsibilities:
