Key Responsibilities:

Change Management & Enablement and communications for Digital Marketing Operations:

Developing training and enablement materials supporting our Digital Marketing team with new processes, platforms and technology.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and effective e-learning courses using Rise 360 and other relevant technologies. 

Maintain and troubleshoot technical issues related to the learning technology platforms, ensuring smooth and seamless user experiences. ​​

Conduct thorough proofreading and editing of course content, ensuring accuracy and quality of written copy. ​

Demonstrate an eye for visual design by selecting appropriate images and graphics for course materials, as well as manipulating and creating images when necessary. ​

Maintain the content for our Digital Marketing intranet which is our central resource for all things related to our Digital Marketing

Collaborate with our subject matter experts to define content

Contribute to page redesign, ensuring proper functionality and navigation​

Internal Communications for Global Digital Marketing Team:

Source content for newsletters from our SMEs and support with editing and managing content in Poppulo tool​

Coordinate with SMEs for content approval​

Support with internal communications for our flagship project in Global Digital Marketing, the reimagining of our Global website.​

Skills Needed:

Proven experience and proficiency in using learning technology platforms, such as Articulate 360, Rise 360, Storyline 360

Solid understanding of instructional design principles and learning theory, with the ability to apply these concepts to create engaging and effective e-learning courses. ​

Proficiency in SharePoint content management and editing​

Basic understanding of web design principles

Proficiency in Poppulo platform​

Strong writing and editing skills and familiarity with internal communication best practices

Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, handle multiple projects simultaneously and utilize basic project management skills. ​

Detail-oriented mindset with excellent proofreading and copywriting skills. ​

Strong visual design skills, with the ability to select and manipulate images effectively. ​

Demonstrated business acumen and a results-oriented approach to work. ​

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. ​

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
