RPI Print is a leading provider of digital print services, powering creative solutions for high-quality brands such as RPI's own Blurb.com. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing to join our hybrid team based in Seattle.
An analytical, agile, and flexible Marketing generalist, you will use data-driven insights to identify, launch, and oversee Marketing, Event, and Partnership programs to deliver growth in customers and revenue for eCommerce and Enterprise business segments. In this foundational leadership role in the Marketing organization, you will be responsible for crafting coveted marketing programs and levers resulting in increased brand awareness, growth, loyalty, and, ultimately, retention. Your remit will span customer segments, geographies, and marketing disciplines and you will have people management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:\n\nIdentify areas of opportunities and develop comprehensive strategies and programs to grow specific customer and business segments \nCreate and execute the vision for global events and establish KPIs to measure success of the program\nIn collaboration with partner teams, oversee the planning and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns \nAnalyze program strategies and performance and iterate as necessary\nWork closely with partners across Marketing, Product, and Sales to implement and monitor programs\nManage program budget and resourcing\n\n
Qualifications:\n\nA deep passion for book-making, print services, and\/or content creation platforms, with a keen interest in emerging trends and innovations in the space\nBachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field (advanced degree preferred)\n8+ years of general marketing experience influencing multiple channels (e.g., CRM, Paid, Social, D2C)\n8+ years of program or project management experience in a marketing organization\n8+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience influencing B2B and consumer audiences\n8+ years of team management experience\nExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine successes and improvements\nExperience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization\nExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical, non-technical, and executive audiences\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nCritical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges\n\n
