**Job Description**
**In this role, you will be involved in a wide variety of projects with ownership of key deliverables relating to our Medical Education external presence, including:**
+ Medical Engagement framework
+ Work closely with the Global Medical Education lead on creating medical user journeys across, with a mix of digital, hybrid and in-person engagement
+ Plan and execute medical engagement campaigns including Implementation of medical user journeys and content planning across a broad channel mix
+ Congresses
+ Co-ordinate medical activities/presence at Global congresses, including liaising with relevant stakeholders (Global/Region/Local) to ensure transparency communication of plans and
+ Medical booth
+ Collaborate on Medical booth production and related medical assets including content creation, review, and approvals in accordance local regulations and any applicable codes,
+ Support allied activities which may include medical booth rota, pre-congress booth training, and onsite booth walkthrough
+ IME/CME
+ Support the Medical Education lead with CME/IME vendor and programme selection
+ Cross-functional working
+ Work collaboratively with the Medical Strategy and Communications team to ensure medical engagement tactics and communications align with the overarching medical strategy and communications objectives
+ Partner closely with the Congress Centre of Excellence and other cross-functional partners to execute on the medical customer engagement strategy across appropriate channels: in-person such as congresses, virtually and digitally
+ Lead or chair planning and leadership update meetings as appropriate, or where relevant, join cross-functional forums to communicate plans, represent and advocate for Medical needs and priorities;
+ Overall project management
+ Oversee medical communication/creative partner agencies and third parties for flawless execution of medical engagement tactics e.g. digital activities, medical booth tactics
+ Responsible for obtaining and maintaining vendor partner budget estimates, contracts, SOWs, POs, and invoice approvals for relevant activities
+ Metrics
+ Create KPI metrics and reports for medical engagement tactics/channels
+ Generate learnings and insights post-activity with a focus on creating an impactful HCP user experience
**Experience and Skills**
+ Have excellent project management skills; proactive and organized, as this role will require work on multiple projects simultaneously
+ Demonstrated knowledge with platforms such as Veeva to support operations
+ Have a good understanding of user experience to execute an interlinked HCP congress journey
+ Have experience in omnichannel execution of content and user journeys
+ Have strong knowledge of digital governance and engagement compliance frameworks e.g. congresses
+ Be well-read and constantly keeping up with changes in the engagement landscape as well as networking best practices and in accordance with Company guidelines and local laws and regulations
+ Excellent internal engagement skills - building credibility with, and insights through, a strong internal network of key stakeholders
+ High accountability & track record of successfully delivering critical complex projects
+ Ability to travel (25% of the time)
