Sam’s Club is Member obsessed. As Sr Manager of Membership Operations & Experience at Sam’s Club, you will sit at the heart of what it means to be Member obsessed, and therefore heart of everything we do. Growing and retaining the Sam’s Club membership base is the key to growing the business, and we are looking for a talented leader to drive the implementation and strategies that will make a Sam’s Club membership the most valuable, trusted and loved membership in retail. This position will work out of our Bentonville, AR office and report to the Director of Membership Operations and Experience. This highly visible and influential role will be accountable for strategic initiatives aligned to membership performance
What you'll do:
Lead membership initiatives tied to how we onboard new members and engage current membersWork alongside Product and UX teams to design and implement membership experiences focused on improving join, upgrade, and renewal conversion both digitally and in-clubDocument the end-to-end membership journey and identify areas of opportunity to ensure membership experience aligns with strategic initiativesPartner with operations to identify and test new solutions to drive incremental membership growth in-club at the member service desk, checkout, and sales floorBe the point person with data and insights teams to direct member research and identify key trends and behaviors across the member tenureWhat you'll bring:
5+ years in customer experience, retail, loyalty/membership/subscription, strategy, operations, customer experience, or related fields.You have a passion and tenacity for solving customer/Member problemsYou thrive in an environment where you have the scope and responsibility to find innovative ways to impact the Member experienceYou are a polished communicator with ability to communicate with data and information in a clear and concise fashion. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
