Senior Manager, Membership Performance, Growth & Development + **Location** + Billund, Denmark + Copenhagen, Denmark + **Job ID** 0000022258 + **Category** Sales, Marketing & Product Management **Job Description** **Are you interested in leading LEGO Insiders Membership commercial performance management, drive data-driven decisions, and join a value driven company in an exciting global role?** Join us for an exciting career as “Senior Manager, Performance, Growth & Development” as part of the Membership & Personalisation team within Markets & Channels Central Marketing! **_Please note_** _the work location is either Copenhagen or Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role._ **Core Responsibilities** The Senior Manager, Membership Performance, Growth & Development, is a key commercial leader responsible for driving strategic and operational commercial performance frameworks, delivering actionable insights, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize the P&L management of LEGO Insiders Membership. + Lead a center of excellence to transform membership performance management, by designing strategic KPI frameworks to achieve membership objectives. + Deliver timely, high-quality reports - aligned with business schedules - to provide actionable insights for data-driven decision-making across the organization. + Manage membership performance reporting to key forums, ensuring concise and timely delivery of insights to guide high-level decisions and organizational priorities. + Optimize P&L management for Membership & Personalization by analyzing trends and delivering recommendations to improve financial results, partnering with Finance. + Provide member and channel performance insights by leveraging data and tools to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with Finance and membership teams. + Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering an environment that empowers individuals to excel. + Create a compliance framework for membership reporting to ensure adherence to competition law and address membership offering requirements. + Implement an agile working model to ensure quality, flexibility, and speed in addressing business questions **Play your part in our team succeeding** This role will establish a center of excellence for commercial membership performance management, growth, and development within Membership & Personalization. It will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams across Markets & Channels, Product Marketing, and Finance to leverage data and insights for optimizing growth and achieving membership and personalisation goals efficiently. Reporting to the Senior Director of Performance, Development & Decisioning, you will lead a team of two direct reports to use data for strategic and operational decision-making, identify commercial opportunities, and accelerate business performance. **Do you have what it takes?** + Extensive experience in performance management, business development, finance, or analytics with strong commercial insight. + Proven leader who motivates and develops high-performing teams, empowering individuals to excel. + Proficient in Excel with advanced functions; SQL experience is a plus. + Skilled at creating clear and engaging PowerPoint presentations with effective visualizations; familiarity with ThinkCell is an advantage. + Exceptional problem-solver and communicator, skilled at delivering sharp, clear recommendations to senior collaborators. + Capable of synthesizing data from various sources into actionable insights to address business needs. + Experienced in leading cross-functional teams. + Familiar with personalization, CRM, and loyalty programs. + Positive and driven, focused on overcoming challenges and achieving quality and efficiency. + Open communicator with experience working across cultures and time zones to build strong relationships. **Nice to have:** + Passion for retail and consumer product marketing and experience in the loyalty industry. + Experience in SQL, R or Python. + Experience working in a global multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B). + Working knowledge/understanding of marketing channels and supporting reporting e.g. CRM, email, paid media, SEO etc. + Passion for using data to solve complex business problems \#LI-SG2 \#LI-Hybrid Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
