\nRole: Microsoft Technical Architect
\nResponsibilities:
\n\n Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define application, technical, and non-functional requirements.\n Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ETL, web service integration, reporting solutions, client hosting, and compliance regulatory setup during implementation.\n Conduct architectural assessments to ensure adherence to enterprise standards in technology selection, middleware, protocols, design patterns, and documentation.\n Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, information security, integration, performance, quality, and operations.\n Develop and deploy .NET applications on cloud environments like Azure.\n Architect and own solutions for complex problem statements, leveraging enterprise products for client integration.\n Define and implement tools for quick integration solutions using product features.\n Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilots where solution definitions need formalization.\n Participate in technology selection to solve business problems and create business cases for adopting new technology streams with defined ROI.\n Engage in peer review discussions on design and solution fitments.\n Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technology integration and performance issues, analyzing solutions based on overall system architecture.\n Guide technical teams in building solutions based on established design patterns and frameworks.\n Collaborate continuously with development and deployment teams to transition knowledge and review deliverables throughout the SDLC.\n Identify and mentor fast learners for career growth.\n Apply Agile principles and concepts to deliver implementation projects.\n Define and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet regulatory compliance requirements for HITRUST and SOC.\n Define SDLC processes with the help of the DevOps team.\n Interact with Infrastructure and Solution Architects from both product and client sides to build/host environments.\n Provide input on final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software, and information security.\n Act as a liaison to build resilient hosting environments for clients.\n Understand infrastructure builds (Windows cluster, DFS), networking (load balancing, network setup, firewall configuration, IDS systems), and hosting operating controls (vulnerability scans, penetration testing, SAST, DAST).\n Provide technical guidance to RFP and sales process teams.\n\nSkills:
