Description of the role: Manage people for product development program, Migration Center of Excellence, focused on delivery of Migrations to RevElate through design process and into activation state for customers. Plan and direct resource schedules as well as project allocations in order to achieve objectives. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing support and general direction. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operations of CoE. Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas and ensures appropriate operational planning is executed to meet specifications. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills required. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management.
