**Job Description:** + Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical professionals working on migration initiatives supporting technologies SAS, Informatica, Tableau, Alteryx, Redshift, etc. + Provide guidance on technical issues, career development; foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. + Develop and implement migration strategies and plans. + Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. + Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and goals. + Oversee the technical aspects of migration initiatives, including system design, data transfer and integration. + Ensure that all technical requirements and specifications are met. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during migration process. + As a primary point of contact between stakeholders and the migration team. + Provide regular updates on Agile deliverables, status, risks, and issues. + Implement best practices to minimize the impact of migrations on business operations. + Conduct post- migration reviews to identify reviews and lessons learnt and areas of improvement. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. + Extensive experience in Agile methodologies & leading technical teams is essential. + Strong technical background in systems architecture, databases, and cloud technologies. + Experience leading Technical Teams in ETL or ELT processing technologies like SAS, Informatica, DBT, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, Redshift, Postgres technologies. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges. + A Masters degree or relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL) is a plus. + Analytical and detail-oriented with a strategic mindset. + Excellent project management and organizations skills. + Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and deliver results. + Strong written and oral communication skills + Experience with Agile development methodology WE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
