1. Lead Process Analysis Engineering (PAE) / Process Control System (PCS, FDC / SPC / R2R) Teams for yield improvement and CA/PA solution investigation.

2. Work with site engineering team and network team to set up and achieve the yield goal to meet company business target.

3. Apply the big data concept with algorithm in process and work with smart manufacturing / IT team to develop AI solution for process data analysis and defense line reinforcement.

4. Org and Lead task force team for any yield improvement project.

5. Good presentation and PPT skill is needed.

6. Good leadership skill is needed as Micron Value "People" / "Collaboration" to lead and develop team members.

7. Statistical analysis skill with Statistical tools like Minitab. JMP.... is required

8. >15 years in semiconductor PE / PIE field experience and >3 years in leadership position (section manager +) to lead >30 members organization.

9. 300 mm Wafer Fab experience is ++

10. HBM related experience is ++
