REQ12485 Senior Manager, Multimedia (Open)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager, Multimedia is responsible for Multimedia Design teams - will oversee the overall development of all multimedia contents from production to its final output across various multimedia systems from centralised to standalone system platforms throughout all MRE properties including City of Dreams, Altira Macau, Mocha, Studio City and upcoming MRE developments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work closely with Director and other key executives to develop and execute multimedia contents to support various business unitsInterpret production briefs to ascertain visual design and equipment requirements, production schedule, etcResponsible for the accurate display of Marketing contents through all output channels, such as internal and third party Digital Signage systems.Oversee both Multimedia Specialist’s and Designer’s teams, ensuring the appropriate workflow among the teams.Provide leadership to team members.Supervise all project developments within the Multimedia teams.Oversee the production, creative process and development of all multimedia contents.Oversee the management of all project requirements, provide technical support to overall creative process and development of all multimedia contentsCommunicate, liaise and partner with members within the team and from other departments as required, to coordinate production and operational needs – to review and recommend design options, functionality, and programming needs.Oversee the management of the multimedia content scheduling and the in-room video on demand system.Oversee the elaboration and the strategic Marketing content playlist’s schedules and its zoning within the premises.Oversee the media display layout reconfiguration, including relocation throughout the premises.Ensure appropriate visual and related equipment is hired for each project/event including negotiating cost-effective deals and arranging all logistical issues to ensure deadlines are met.Oversee the management of the overall digital signage media system infrastructure, status report of the matrix configuration of all media players, channels and digital display screens throughout the properties.Oversee the completion and logging of regular video systems and checks throughout the premises including all monitors and screens.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

At least 8-10 years’ experience in a related disciplineProven technical experience in visual communication design tools (2D/3D), video broadcasting, production, audio-visual installation and IT System network infrastructures and Digital Signage Systems.Extensive knowledge of computer and electronic based applications.

Education

Appropriate qualifications in a related discipline
