Senior Manager, National Accounts

Join Delta Faucet as a Senior Manager, National Accounts, where you will be at the forefront of driving growth and success with our strategic accounts. In this dynamic role, you will partner with key customers, agencies, showrooms, and internal resources across channel marketing, finance, supply chain, and category management to achieve our business goals. Your leadership will influence the optimal product portfolio for the convenience channel, ensuring that Delta Faucet continues to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage comprehensive relationships with accounts, including category managers, brand advocates, and sales staff, ensuring all key partners are engaged and informed.

Revenue and Profitability Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability for Delta Faucet Company (DFC) and our accounts. Additionally, identify and pursue new growth and innovation opportunities.

Market Insight: Maintain an in-depth understanding of field sales dynamics to effectively tailor strategies that resonate with our audience.

Performance Communication: Regularly communicate project and promotion updates, monitor business performance, and proactively establish corrective actions as needed.

Business Development: Prepare strategic plans, present to customers, and identify business opportunities that align with account goals.

Deal Management: Effectively negotiate and manage deals to drive profitable outcomes and achieve a positive ROI.

Performance Review: Conduct internal and external business reviews to assess and present sales performance, using insights to inform future strategies.

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market assessments to discover opportunities and foster strong customer connections.

Hiring Range: $98,100.00 - $154,220.00
