What You Will Do

Provide operational leadership and strategic directives to meet delivery commitments and customer satisfaction.

Lead the cell workforce to meet targets, ensure work is done in accordance to approved quality standards while achieving on-time delivery and driving root cause analysis when targets are not met.

Manage the production hours and align with target to meet revenue goals and achieve cost reduction.

Interface with various business functions such as Engineering, Quality, HR, Customer Support, Materials and FEE to achieve cell goals and company’s objectives.

Drive operational excellence and be accountable for monthly sales & delivery, profit margins, cost per hour, overtime, cost of poor quality and productivity metrics in the company to delight customers and meet or exceed operational performance indicators.

Oversight of plan production and overtime schedules and procedures, as well as allocate manpower and resources to maximize productivity.

Lead shop transformation activities, use of CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) to achieve visual factory and centre of excellence.

Lead site-level productivity metric (Utilization & Hour per pieces), drive new innovations and process improvements to achieve YOY productivity improvement.

Lead and support site-level capacity and headcount analysis & forecast planning.

Drive employee engagement culture of respect, empowerment, communication, and teamwork.

Develop potential successors in the talent pipeline and champion talent developments of the management team to ensure team stability and business continuity.

Ensure compliance of Quality standards, drive CORE, EH&S and Ethics culture in the cells as well as assume roles in CORE and EH&S sub-committees.

Work on cost reduction efforts to drive down costs and drive profitability of the company. Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency in the workplace.

Qualifications You Must Have

10+ years of relevant experience in Operations or Aerospace Aftermarket MRO.

Strong leadership in managing a business unit or large operations teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex operational issues including workforce planning, on- time delivery and operations excellence.

Demonstrate effective communication skills with strong business acumen.

Demonstrated ability to work with a cross-functional team in a matrix environment.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.

Demonstrate effective communication skills with strong leadership and business acumen.

Able to work with all levels of management and in a fast-paced, matrix reporting organization.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience in aircraft engine workshop and maintenance & repair of gas turbine engines component is preferred
