The Senior Manager, Organisational Development (OD) and Talent Solutions (OTS) position is multi-faceted overseeing organisational effectiveness, capability development, talent management and DE&I in The Walt Disney Company’s Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) market.
The successful candidate collaborates closely with the and local ANZ HR team to deliver organisational development, learning, leadership, talent and DE&I solutions for local leaders and teams in ANZ market. Responsibilities include consulting, designing, facilitating and program managing programs and interventions for different levels of participants.
This position reports directly to the Exec Director, OTS APAC, with a dotted reporting line to the HR Director, ANZ. The role is an integral member and contributor to both the APAC OTS and ANZ HR teams.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Undergraduate degree in a related discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Management, Psychology) from an accredited institution.Minimum of 8 years demonstrating a successful track record in HR, specifically in learning, leadership, and organizational development (OD) strategies and programs would be advantageousProven facilitation skills with solid training experience, essential for the role.Subject matter expertise and a passionate commitment to progressive core learning, organizational development theory, and talent development; DE&I experience.Strong project management and organizational skills, whether working independently or leading project teams; regional experience is advantageous.Exceptional communication and influence skills, adept at managing stakeholders at all levels.Ability to identify innovative ways for OTS to support business strategy.Mature with a strong sense of responsibility, proactive, and a collaborative team player.Possesses a good balance between strategic thinking and attention to detail.Periodic business travels may be required as neededProven experience managing significant change management projectsExperience working in a matrix, global organisation will be highly regardedAdditional Information:
