Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Paid Social Sr. Manager to lead our paid advertising and social media strategies across both B2B and B2C segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing campaigns, a deep understanding of various digital marketing platforms, and the ability to drive results through data-driven decision-making. A critical aspect of this role is to drive revenue growth through optimized paid and social media campaigns, alongside developing a robust content strategy.

What you’ll do:
Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences, with a strong focus on driving pipeline and revenue growth.
Ensure alignment of campaigns with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
Identify and target key audience segments to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
Campaign Management:
Manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and X (formerly Twitter), and other relevant channels.
Oversee social media content creation, scheduling, and posting.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and drive revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Content Strategy:
Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals and supports paid social.
Ensure content is tailored to the target audience and optimized for various digital platforms.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality, engaging content.
Continuously assess and refine content strategies based on performance metrics and industry trends.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive revenue growth.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key metrics, revenue impact, and progress toward goals.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor and control expenditures to stay within budget while achieving desired revenue outcomes.
Revenue Optimization:
Continuously identify and implement strategies to increase revenue from paid and social media campaigns.
Test and refine targeting, messaging, and creative to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
Collaboration and Communication:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Work closely with the broader marketing team, sales, product, and other departments to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
Maintain clear and open communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on campaign progress, performance, and revenue impact.
Experience you’ll bring:
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) and analytics tools
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive pipeline and revenue.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and social media management
Proven experience managing successful B2B and B2C campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $100,900 - $124,500 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
