The compensation target range for this role is:

The Senior Manager, Paid Social at Purple will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, a proven track record of managing successful paid social campaigns, and the ability to drive results that align with our business objectives.Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITES:
Develop and implement a comprehensive paid social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives and company goals.Stay abreast of industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging opportunities to ensure Purple Mattress maintains a competitive edge.Oversee end-to-end management of paid social campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, creative development, performance analysis and invoice reconciliation.Demonstrate expertise in managing campaigns across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit.Utilize platform-specific features and tools to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIS. Report on strategies and outcomes on a weekly and monthly basis to leadership teamsWork in-conjunction with creative team by writing creative briefs, providing feedback/inspiration and auditing final ad design and copy.Highlight areas of opportunity, design and execute experiments, and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing practices it over to drive profitable demand and acquisition. Contribute to other team projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and willing to support opportunities to drive the business.
