Senior Manager, Partnership Business Development

Job Duties:

Strategically define, engage & win commitments from qualified strategic partners to enhance business growth across diverse markets and DMTM channels. Oversee and optimize the use of resources to exceed partnership sales leads targets, contributing to the company’s expansion and revenue goals. Plan and develop business development and marketing programs to drive sales leads generation. Review and develop proper administration procedures in line with regulatory and compliance requirement. Provide leadership on key projects and initiatives, driving strategic decisions and innovations that impact the company’s long-term objectives. Craft and deliver compelling presentations to internal stakeholders and external partners to clearly communicate business value and partnership opportunities. Engage in long-term strategic planning, setting a clear vision and roadmap for future partnership initiatives that align with the company’s overall business strategy.

Requirements:

University graduate in any disciplines. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business development and partnership management, preferably in life insurance or relevant industry. Demonstrated leadership and with a proven track record of achieving substantial growth through strategic partnerships. With well-built partnership network. Strong strategic thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team. Exceptional presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences. Proficient in long-term strategic planning, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
