The Senior Manager, US Dupixent Patient Support Services reports to the Senior Director, Dupixent Patient Support Services. The Senior Manager, US Dupixent Patient Support Services is responsible for the management of the day to day clinical operations of the program and the vendor contract management in the clinical capacity. This includes:
Vendor contract management, including review of vendor SLAs, surveys, KPI reviews and EBR presentations. Track vendor staffing and attrition.Build/Enhance and monitor Patient Facing Program teams’ dashboards (iCARE, CMM, PAP, etc.). Function as dashboard subject matter expert helping answer key business critical questions via analytic insights. Assess opportunities for use of predictive analytics, AI, etc. and propose enhancements aligned with PSS Strategy.Partner with global audit team(s) aligned with vendor auditsFollow up execution related to audit outcomes and action itemsPartner with Quality Team, PSS Marketing Team, etc. focused on program process improvement opportunitiesEnsures clinical SOPs, Knowledge Documents and Call Guides are up to date, accurate and meet Sanofi requirements.Represents team at review committee, as needed.Work with Field Teams to identify and resolve issues.Manage select projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.Develop/Enhance budget and forecast for Patient Facing Program Teams’ responsibilities (eg: Copay Program, PAP, etc.)Proactively assess and bring forward potential cost savings opportunities and efficiency enhancements.
The ideal candidate should have:
Outstanding interpersonal skills to facilitate building strong working relationships, and for managing and resolving conflict.Possess strong analytic skills to evaluate trends and identify opportunities for program improvements. Demonstrate initiative, teamwork and accountability. Superb communication skills; oral and written, including presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a high-energy and fast paced environment.Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within specified timelines, with budgetary and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry2-5 years previous experience in a patient services and/or marketing function in a specialty marketAbility to travel up to 30% of time
Preferred Qualifications:
