Senior Manager, Payroll
**Role Overview** Sodexo has an opening for a **Senior Manager, Payroll,** to manage the daily functions of the Sodexo Payroll Operations team in the preparation of wage and salary payroll for ADP platform including time & labor system maintenance. This position will also oversee the customer service call desk; electronic distributions; government reporting; accountable for state and federal compliance and internal controls. This position also leads process improvement efforts, procedures, policies and deliverables. **This is a hybrid position with the potential for fully remote, reporting to our Cheektowaga office** . **What You'll Do** + Oversee payroll staff and ensure service levels are maintained + Support payroll projects & initiatives + Senior point person for escalated issues from Field operations, HR and outside unit resources **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
