Senior Manager, People

Work with the organization leadership to develop and direct a People strategic agenda that closely supports organizational goals and deliver business results.
- Work with the Central LLA team to develop and implement comprehensive benefits strategies that support employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee the local administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Act as a primary contact for industrial relations, handling negotiations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Foster positive relationships with union representatives and manage collective bargaining agreements.
- Work closely with the Director of People in providing guidance, training, and support to enhance the local People Team.
- Prepare and present reports on benefits and industrial relations metrics to senior management.
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management or related field, with a focus on benefits and industrial relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, benefits administration, and employee relations practices.
- Proven track record in negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
