Senior Manager, People and Culture Operations

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to support and oversee HR processes, office operations, and employee engagement initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with all HR functions such as performance management, onboarding, and benefits administration.  Additionally, you will lead efforts to boost employee engagement through creative programs and initiatives. This position will serve as a key role across multiple areas, working closely with the People Team to create a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

 

What You’ll Do: 

Support HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, career development, and benefits administration (including Open Enrollment) Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry HR best practices Directly manage a team of office coordinators and HR specialists Manage internal communications for the People Team and foster a positive, inclusive company culture Oversee and support employee engagement initiatives including rewards & recognition, learning & development, and company wide events ​​Maintain confidentiality and integrity while assisting in investigations, ensuring timely and fair resolution of workplace disputes and grievances

 

 

What You’ll Need to Have:

Required:

7+ years of experience in HR and office operations or employee engagement roles 2+ years of people management experience Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees and leadership Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, benefits administration and employee relations Experience with budget management and cost-effective allocation of resources Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines Ability to foster an inclusive and engaging work culture Knowledge of employment laws and industry HR best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 



Preferred: 

Experience in a start-up environment Experience with HR technology and automation tools Experience with office management or facilities coordination

 

Compensation:

$140-155K  per year base salary An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
