About the Role
Maintain strong employee focus while achieving an efficient and effective process that aligns with AIA business objectives. Optimise and improve digital employee experience from hire to retire, working in partnership with other HR and IT teams to plan, define and oversee the implementation of new ways of working and changes across the group.Roles and Responsibilities:
Employee Experience:
Elevate digital employee experience by establishing measures, targets, systems, ways of working and monitoring needed to drive improvements on how HR deliver services to employeesResearch and review key processes and employee journeys, and define what matters to evolving workforce needs and define new ways of workingManage the execution of employee experience roadmap, ensure an effective balance of simple consistent process, effective controls and quality dataProcess Optimisation:
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for designing employee experience and HR process, driving continuous improvement and optimisationEmbed systematic problem solving where options are evaluated, and decisions align with the valuesChange Delivery:
Engage with Group and local business unit stakeholders to ensure sufficient buy-in and adoption to any changesLead / support the launch and embedment of change projects that align with AIA’s people objectivesDevelop comprehensive change implementation plans to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruptionEngage stakeholder throughout the process to communicate changes effectively and gather feedback, ensuring all initiatives are executed on time and within scopeMinimum Job Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 8 years of HR related or relevant experience in large company setting within regional AsiaEmployee and outcome-focused with a practical orientation to developing and maintaining an innovative mindsetExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholdersSolid experience in Change Management; ability to adapt and act quickly to drive change by advocating innovative solutionsSelf-motivated team player, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and resolve complex operational issuesExperience in business process improvement techniques, to provide insight into how processes can be optimised in line with change strategy and optimised user experienceFamiliar with user-centered design principlesBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
