We are currently seeking a strategic People (HR) Business Partner to join the senior leadership team of our Houston Brewery. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** ** ** + Collaborate with business leaders to solve complex organizational challenges, with a focus on developing and executing strategies to help recruit, onboard, retain, develop, and compensate talent + Lead a strategic HR agenda to strengthen the capabilities of the client group, including mentor, leadership development, performance management, labor relations, and talent management + Use data and analytics to help drive insights and performance metrics + Provide guidance on various aspects of employment law, employee relations, labor relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, policy interpretation and disciplinary procedures while maintaining positive labor relations + Drive and support talent strategy and performance management processes + Support learning and development agenda to improve the capabilities of the team and drive continuous improvement in performance + Lead and develop the onsite People team through their growth and objectives ​ ​ **JOB QUALIFICATIONS:** ** ** + BA/BS degree or higher + 5+ years of human resources leadership experience + Proven strategic thinker skilled at collaborating with business leaders to solve complex business problems + Outstanding communicator with strong influence skills & ability to build trusting relationships + Experience with talent management and retention, data analytics, employee and labor relations - as well as a general familiarity and curiosity for a wide range of policies, practices, and trends (significant labor relations experience is preferred) + Experience supporting front-line employees + Demonstrates the ability to work well in “the grey” + Willing to relocate within the US for future opportunities **WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:** ** ** Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
