We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Podcast Business Development team at Audacy. In this role, you will manage the pitch pipeline, collaborate with internal teams to structure and implement new podcast deals, and drive key content strategy decisions across our podcast network. You'll evaluate and negotiate new show deals, manage the deal flow for both new shows and renewals, and work closely with various departments to ensure smooth transitions from deal negotiation to launch and ongoing partnerships. Additionally, you will help identify and drive new monetization opportunities, including expanding into new revenue streams.

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:
Manage pitch pipeline and communication with agencies around incoming opportunitiesCollaborate with Podcast Finance team on preparing models and determining optimal structure for new podcast deals Manage deal flow & pipeline (including new shows and renewals) for Audacy network and O&O podcastsEvaluate and negotiate new show deals for AudacySupport the VP, Podcast Business Development & Content Strategy in running major deals and renewalsCollaborate with Partnerships Operations team and Partnerships Sales teams to ensure seamless transition from deal stage to launch to renewalHelp drive content strategy decisions across network and O&O slates, including outbound outreachDrive new monetization opportunities for podcast network, including developing and/or expanding YouTube, international, Premium, live events, and merchandise revenue streams QualificationsRequired & Preferred:
MBA and/or 4-6 years of relevant professional experience preferredUnderstanding of podcast (or other media) deal structuresInterest in developing relationships with podcast agents (pre-existing relationships a plus but not required)Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skillsGood attitude and work ethic Additional InformationPay Transparency:
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $85,000-100,000/annually.
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
