The Role
The Senior Manager, Personalized Planning & Advice (PP&A) is responsible for performing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to make platform and process improvements and reduce operational risk across the PP&A product area. Your problem solving and technical skills along with ability to synthesize findings, developing practical and realistic recommendations, and communicate results will help you excel at this position. The role blends expertise in data and analytics with a passion for delivering results in order to advocate for the participant and plan sponsor experiences.

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture.
