Senior Manager, Process Management

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
A key player in Global Sourcing in driving Sourcing’s vision to be the Most Agile, Most 
Competitive, Most Digitalized & Cleanest Supply Base in the industry. Manage the 
implementation of world class strategic sourcing process and governance to achieve company's 
objectives. Assist Director Process Management & Governance in business analytics; and drive 
continuous improvement activities such as identify and implement initiatives to enhance 
supplier capabilities, efficiency, effectiveness and collaboration within Sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as process owner for all policies and procedures relevant for Sourcing including drive 
updates and implementation across the organization.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce structured/efficient policies and procedure management 
processes. Manage process standardization and improvements, e.g. set clear definition and 
guideline for process, harmonize processes and standard operating procedures, work with 
subject matter experts to provide content input into policy, etc.
• Identify opportunities and lead key Sourcing initiatives in productivity improvement, process 
design and standardization. 
• Execute process improvement Initiatives for Sourcing end-to-end, including definition of 
deliverables and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), developing project plans and timelines, 
monitoring and driving progress, and post-implementation assessments of project success.
• Conduct regular organizational performance analysis. Proactively assess and suggest 
improvement opportunities for Sourcing across functional areas. 
• Proactively collaborate across functions to identify and resolve issues that are posing 
obstacles to the business. 
• Ensure all sourcing operations and practices fully comply with adidas’ Responsible Sourcing 
& Purchasing Policy, adidas standards and legal requirements, while managing the relevant 
processes internally and externally.
• Role model leadership to foster a culture of Diversity Equity & Inclusion that strives for an 
inclusive workplace.

• Global Operations: Business Units facing Product Operations, Global Strategy & Programs, 
TECH
• Sourcing suppliers 
Knowledge Skills and Abilities: 
• Strong business acumen and understanding of process, system landscape relevant to 
Sourcing.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills and ability to connect dots.
• Ability to drive initiatives and challenges status quo.
• Strong people and influencing communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong Microsoft office skills, especially PowerPoint, Power BI, Smartsheet, etc
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 
• University degree in Business Administration, Textile, Supply Chain, or Procurement is 
preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in manufacturing, project/operation 
management.
