Job DescriptionAbout the Job:
Reporting to the Director, Operations Product and Process, the Senior Manager, Product and Process is responsible for leading a high-performing team of process, technology, and data SMEs. The candidate will supervise a team and is responsible for building and optimizing our end-to-end global operations, inclusive of all relevant systems, processes, and data captures at a transaction level. They will partner directly with Supply Chain Engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy holistic operational solutions to deliver a best-in-class experience for SSENSE customers.
What You Will Do:
Process & Product Ownership: Lead the design, optimization, and implementation of designated operational processes and technology solutions, including data capture and analysis, to achieve business goals and drive continuous improvement.Technology & Vendor Management: Oversee the selection, negotiation, and management of technology vendors, ensuring alignment with SSENSE's operational needs and budget.Strategic Planning & Collaboration: Develop and drive the multi-year strategic roadmap for designated operational areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure successful project implementation.People Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering their growth and development while promoting a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Operational Excellence & Deployment: Ensure the successful deployment of all initiatives, adhering to operational excellence standards and prioritizing safety and quality.QualificationsEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.); 7-10 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or engineering with a focus on complex systems and process/product management.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of operational technology systems (WMS, OMS, etc.), experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Quicksight, etc.), and familiarity with agile methodologies.Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead teams (5+ years of experience) and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Process Improvement: Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements, optimizing efficiency, and implementing solutions to enhance operational performance.Industry Knowledge: Experience in e-commerce and a global network with multiple fulfillment centers is required; Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.What sets you apart:
