What YOU will do
Assess new and existing suppliers in advance of an award and reactively assess poor performers in order to pinpoint and address supplier deficiencies and uncover areas in need of improvement to drive risk mitigation and improve processes throughout the supply base.Analyze performance data and solicit feedback from internal stakeholders to prepare list of suppliers for reviews.Perform Supplier Readiness Assessment reviews.Create and maintain Supplier Readiness Assessment schedule.Drive schedule adherence with internal and external parties.Create agendas for the Supplier Readiness Assessment reviews.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive continued improvements to SRA procedures and governance.Prepare and present metrics regarding Supplier Readiness Assessment execution and action closure.Extract and vet demand profiles from SAP system for use in supplier capacity studies.Drive continuous improvement of Tableau reporting visuals. Will supervise a Principal Specialist, Procurement and Manager, Procurement.Qualifications You Must Have
Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Economics, Business, Finance or a related field and at least 10 years of progressive experience as a Procurement Specialist, Strategic Sourcing Specialist, Program Management Specialist or related role working directly with suppliers. In the alternative, at least a master’s degree or its equivalent in Economics, Business, Finance or a related field and at least 7 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist, Strategic Sourcing Specialist, Program Management Specialist or related role working directly with suppliers would be acceptable.Must possess at least 7 years of experience managing execution of process improvements and deployment of delivery assurance systems to ensure early identification of shortages with a focus on early risk detection and managing mitigation efforts.Must possess at least 7 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving collaboration with other departments to meet customer requirements.Must possess at least 7 years of experience with supply chain, vendor management, materials management, Risk Assessment / Mitigation including developing gap analysis and closure plans to significantly improve supplier performance to a defined standard.Must possess at least 5 years of experience leading teams, either directly or indirectly.Must possess at least 3 years of experience with ERP systems software (SAP, NetSuite, SharePoint etc.).Must possess at least 3 years of experience in developing tools and processes to drive efficiencies within Supply Chain processes.Learn More & Apply Now!

The salary range is $178,651.00 to $275,000.00 USD per year. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
