The Sr Manager Procurement Data & Analytics is responsible for leading the setup of Analytics Center of Excellence including partner selection, team and processes setup. Accountable for assessing and using the power of analytics to make sure procurement teams can work with required and relevant information for data driven decision-making. Turn (digital and analytics) suppliers into trusted partners that form an integral part of the extended procurement team. **What You'll Do:** + Data and Analytics related to spend, contract, compliance, value tracking &reporting, cost modeling and category specifics. + Establish analytics, metrics and mechanisms to monitor and measure performance and success. + Ensure relevant data and analytics to build the category strategy, sourcing strategy and Supplier Segmentation Model. + Lead reporting governance and financial analysis: Perform business analysis by using the assigned tools and liaising with the finance community and procurement management team. Create, complete, manage and provide all the necessary reports with a view to improve financial reliability and credibility, savings, market effects and decision making. + Aid in prioritization of required analytics work for high visibility initiatives & projects and how they related to data priorities across the analytics team + Accountable for the building, Engineering and maintaining Analytics solutions, data automation system & performance metrics to support key business decisions + Design and build best practice data science, engineering and technical processes to address business issues + Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics + Ensure accuracy of data & deliverables of team members with comprehensive policies & processes and performs regular and ad-hoc quality controls + Examine, interpret and report results and business impact of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership and cross-functional teams **What You'll Bring To BIC** + 5 years of experience + Knowledge in (PowerBI, Wave, ERP, Advanced excel)​ + Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing analytics teams and initiatives. + Exceptional ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders. + Experience in procurement, financial analysis, and category strategy is a plus. + A proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement. **What We Offer You:** + We provide comprehensive health and life coverage that is your safety net in times of need. + Hybrid model of working. + Multisport card – fully covered by the Company. + Food Vouchers - 200 BGN. + Transportation and Communication Allowance – 60 BGN. + Coffee, Fruits, and Healthy Food in the office. + Work environment a diverse community united by shared goals and values, ambitious and driven by a friendly atmosphere.
