Senior Manager, Product Management – Analytics and Automation Platforms

As a Manager, Product Management (Principal Product Manager) Analytics and Automation Platforms, your primary responsibility will be to develop strategies, create roadmaps, and drive the implementation of A10’s analytics and automation platforms for our infrastructure security and application delivery solutions.

Job Description

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy to enhance our analytics and automation capabilities of SaaS and on-prem offerings; define short-term and long-term goals aligned with business objectives and A10’s corporate prioritiesCollaborate with customers and sales teams to understand customer needs and pain points and gather requirements for new features and enhancementsClearly define user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics to guide development effortsCreate and manage the product vision and roadmap for both short-term and long-term outlook, prioritize features, enhancements, and initiatives based on customer feedback, market trends, and business prioritiesWork closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans and defining epics and user stories with clear prioritization. Provide clear direction and guidance throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality featuresInteract with the go-to-market (GTM) and customers to understand their needs, articulate the benefits of the A10 solution, provide high-level guidance on the solution's capabilities, and gather feedback and feature requests as necessaryPartner with the product marketing team to develop go-to-market (GTM) plans, product collateral, and marketing campaigns for product launches. Support the GTM team with customer engagement and EBC presentationsGather feedback from our customers to continuously improve product offerings. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and prioritize initiatives to address customer pain pointsDefine performance metrics to track the success of product offerings and feature sets. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field12+ years of product management experience with a focus on networking, security, cloud or application delivery4+ years of experience managing a product management teamPrevious work experience in the areas of visibility, monitoring, analytics, observability or automationAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and strategiesStrong communication skills both in written and oral formSkilled in and comfortable with presentations for both internal as well as external audienceExperience in implementing technology solutions in an agile framework

Bonus Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge in DDoS protection, WAF, public and private cloud networking, or application deliveryExperience in building SaaS products with the use of AI and Generative AI in analytics and observability productsExpertise in software products licensing, and subscription-based pricingTeam management experience, including growing and mentoring a team for success
