Senior Manager, Product Manager, HC Intelligence and Advanced Analytics

Position Summary:

The Sr. Product Manager for Healthcare Intelligence and Advanced Analytics (HIAA) will own the development, execution, and success of the HIAA product line within the Inmar Intelligence Platform. This role requires a strategic and technically proficient product manager who will collaborate closely with the Director of Data Science and the Data Engineering team to deliver cutting-edge analytics solutions that unlock the unique value of Inmar’s healthcare data assets.

Reporting directly to the VP of Product, HealthcareOS- Platform Development, the Sr. Product Manager will be a key partner in driving the vision and strategy for the HIAA product. The role demands a deep understanding of healthcare analytics, artificial intelligence, and data-driven product development, combined with strong leadership and project management skills.

Primary Accountabilities:

Product Strategy and Vision (30%)

Define and drive the vision for the HIAA product, ensuring alignment with the overall platform strategy and the long-term vision for HealthcareOS.

Collaborate with the Director of Data Science to integrate advanced analytics and AI capabilities into the HIAA product, including generative AI, machine learning, and robotic process automation.

Lead the development of a strategic roadmap for the HIAA product, prioritizing features and capabilities that meet the evolving needs of healthcare organizations.

Product Development and Execution (40%)

Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of HIAA features, ensuring they are built with scalability, performance, and data security in mind.

Work closely with the Data Engineering team to manage data flows, model development, and system integration, ensuring seamless operation within the platform.

Develop and maintain a product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic goals and the integration of advanced analytics capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership (30%)

Act as the primary liaison between the HIAA product and other teams, including Data Science, Data Engineering, and other platform product managers, to ensure cohesive development and alignment with the broader platform goals.

Lead cross-functional meetings and workshops to align teams on product goals and deliverables, fostering a collaborative environment.

Partner with the Data Science and Engineering teams to ensure that the HIAA product meets the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent related experience; advanced degree preferred.

7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data analytics, AI, or related fields, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Strong understanding of healthcare analytics, AI, machine learning, and data management, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable product strategies.

Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering products on time and within budget.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Regularly required to use hands to operate computer and office equipment.

Frequently required to communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders, both in person and virtually.

Occasionally required to move or lift up to 25 pounds.
