職務内容と責任 (Duties & Responsibilities) 主な目的:
担当製品の確固たるポジショニングを確立し、製品の最大のベネフィットを創出する。
1 担当製品のブランドプランを立案し、ブランドプランに沿った戦略 / 戦術の実施をサポートする。
2 Worldwide Brand Team の一員として日本の戦略を共有する。
3 担当製品の POA を立案し、フィールドへ発信すること並びに推進のサポートを行う。
4 コプロモーション会社と協力のも戦略・戦術の立案・実施をする。
5 リージョナルキーオピニオンリーダーとの信頼を得ながら,製品ブランドの浸透を推進する。
6 予算を包括的に管理し、効率的かつ効果的な activities の企画推進の管理をサポートする。
7 担当製品の販促資材作成を担い、業者との窓口ならびに社内 SOP に沿った承認プロセス、書類管理を担う。
必要な知識・スキル/コンピテンシ―・経験・資格・英語力
知識
1. 担当製品のブランドプラン立案をサポートする際、担当疾患領域の市場分析ができ、競合品との差別化を明確化できる程度の知識がある ことが望ましい。 2. POA 作成時、担当製品の特性を理解し、市場の担当製品の位置づけ、製品の強み・弱みを抽出できる程度の知識があることが望ましい。
3. オムニチャネル戦略の概念を理解し、Customer Journey を踏まえた、市場分析と提案ができる程度の知識があることが望ましい。
スキル
1. 社外のステークホルダ—や社内関連部門ならびに販促資材作成担当業者と良好な関係を構築できる優れたコミュニケーションスキル。
2. 説明会資料や販促資材作成に際し、パワーポイント等を活用したビジュアル作成のビジネススキル。
3. シニアマネジメントに対してのプレゼンテーションの経験があれば尚可。
経験
1. MR の経験があれば尚可。
2. 異なる地域/製品群/疾患領域または職種の経験を有することが望ましい。
英語力
1. 英語のプレゼンテーション資料を作成し、シニアマネジメントにプレゼンテーションできる程度の英語力を備えていることが望ましい。
2. OPA 6.0 以上が望ましい

On-site Protocol
BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
