It is a great opportunity to work on critical strategy initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced team.DescriptionDescriptionPartner with the head of this division and other heads of departments to maintain clear and effective product strategy and ensure that all team members understand and are following them at all times. Product Managers in our organization sit at the intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty. On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, create a launch plan with marketing, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, conceptualize a new feature, analyze usage data, and/or contribute to the overall company strategy. We have ultimate responsibility for understanding our client needs, influencing business strategy, prioritizing product features, and collaborating with engineering to develop our products. Key Responsibilities - Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and evaluate team performance to ensure continuous improvement. - Define and communicate a unified product strategy and roadmap that aligns with company objectives, ensuring prioritization of the most impactful initiatives. - Work with product managers to ensure their individual roadmaps contribute to broader business goals. - Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution, product delivery, and market success - Drive a customer-centric approach by ensuring product managers gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights. - Establish and refine product development processes, tools, and frameworks to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the team. - Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and execution to deliver products on time and within scopeMinimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications6+ years experience in the product management role; or similar experience having successfully delivered product to market.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $200,400 and $301,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
