This position is part of the Critical Care division, and as such will become a part of the BD organization in the future. Critical Care will operate as a separate business unit, called Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) within BD's medical segment, aligning with BD's smart connected care approach. You will make an impact by...
• Manage and oversee the work of assigned team within designated Prof Ed and field clinical support function. Lead a team of Prof Ed and Field Clinical Specialists to develop, co-ordinate and conduct education programs and activities. Develop strategy for focused education plans internally and externally for sales team, distributors and physicians
• Establish, maintain and develop mutually, profitable business relationships between Edwards Lifesciences and its customers (both external and internal) with appropriate levels of clinical and medical societies by offering service, product knowledge, and clinician education excellence
• Direct line management responsibilities including a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies and the desired culture of the department
• Develop the education plan and programs by working together with Global and APAC Prof Ed teams
• Attend and educate at conferences
• Develop strategy to facilitate product presentation, implementation and in-service education to meet customer’s requirements in collaboration with the Marketing team
• Identify, engage independently, and influence medical societies and KOLs to develop strategically aligned messages on EW programs
• Other incidental duties

What you'll need (Required)
-Bachelor's Degree in in related field (e.g. clinical, nursing, pharmacy), 2 years years experience of experience leading a team Required and
-7 years years experience of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience Required
Other: Training experience in clinical / technical environment Preferred
